About the clinician's workday
The schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM or 4 PM for 10-hour shifts. The patient population consists of adult males in minimum security. The EMR system used is Cerner, with extensive training provided. Required certifications include BE/BC, BLS, DEA, a WI license, and three references (two from supervisors). The role involves handling procedures for injuries, acute illnesses, follow-ups, and physicals within a corrections setting.
