M-F 0700-1700/ Sat-Sun one person doing 24hr call shift

Call is required: Yes, 24 hour call 0700 - 0700

Case Mix- Ortho (total, scopes, fractures); General Surgery (lap cholecystectomy, hernia, mastectomy, catheters, I&D, thyroids, endoscopy); ENT (tonsils; OB (c-sections, epidurals); GYN (hysterectomy, hysteroscopy, BTL); Eyes (cataracts); Dental/OMFS (peds, facial fractures); Podiatry (fractures, bunionectomy)

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days

• Ongoing for 6 months
• On Call Required
