Hospital-based setting
📅 Start Dates:
Oct 13–17 | Nov 3 | Nov 24–26
Dec 1–5 | Dec 22–24 | Dec 29–31
Jan 5 → Ongoing (3-month commitment)

🕐 Schedule: 7a–3p | 📞 Call: 3p–7a (Every 4th night)
🚫 No weekend call

💉 Case Mix:
Outpatient, Ortho, Healthy Peds, Vascular
✔️ Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals (must be proficient)
❌ No OB, No Trauma

OPERATIONAL DETAILS
Supervised by MDs
Medaxion EMR
📅 Credentialing: 60–90 days

REQUIREMENTS
Active, unrestricted AZ license
PALS required
Temp privileges available (clean file + active license)
