Description:
A hospital in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a CRNA to provide ongoing locums coverage beginning January 12. The department runs 11 main ORs and 2 ambulatory ORs, averaging 50–60 cases/day. Case mix includes ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory, and endoscopy.

Experience Required: Recent hospital-based anesthesia experience


Interview: Phone interview


Credentialing: Approx. 30 days


Requirements:


Active AZ CRNA license


BLS or ACLS


No DEA or CSR required
