Anesthesiology
Location: Show Low, AZ
Setting: Hospital – CRNA-only practice; high-volume, multi-specialty OR environment
Start Date: March 17
Commitment: 3 months ongoing (option for up to 1 year)
Schedule: Full-time only | M–F | 5x8s or 5x10s
Rate: $240/hr + Travel & Lodging
OT: $250/hr for hours over 40
Call: Includes post-call day off; additional post-OB float days available
Job Description:
CRNA-only model (no MD supervision)
~6,500 cases/year
Case mix includes: General, Ortho, OB/GYN (OB required), ENT, Podiatry, Urology, Plastics, Radiology, Vascular
Blocks: No nerve catheters; occasional PECS, Serratus Plane, ESP, TAP, Cervical Plexus
EMR: Cerner
Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS
