Aya Locums is seeking an experienced CRNA for an assignment in northern Arizona.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: January 2026
• Contract Length: Through May
• Schedule: Mix of 7a–3p, 7a–7p, and 3p–11p shifts. Coverage needed across January–May on various dates

Work Details
• Cases per day: 50–60
• Department: Ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory, endoscopy
• EMR: Cerner + SaAnesthesia
• Case/Procedure Requirement: Must have recent hospital-based anesthesia experience

Practice Setting
• Hospital

Requirements
• Board Certification: CRNA
• State License: Active AZ required
• DEA: Not required
• CSR: Not required
• Certifications: BLS or ACLS
