Aya Locums is seeking an experienced CRNA for an assignment in Northern Arizona, supporting a busy hospital-based anesthesia service with a diverse surgical case mix.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: April 2026
• Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical shifts
• Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week

April Sample Shifts
• April 1: 7a–7p
• April 3: 7a–7p
• April 6: 3p–11p
• April 8: 3p–11p
• April 12: 7a–7p

Work Details
• Patients per day: 50–60 cases
• Case Mix: Orthopedics, orthopedic trauma, general surgery, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory surgery, and endoscopy
• EMR/Anesthesia Systems: Cerner and SaAnesthesia

Practice Setting
• Hospital-based

Requirements
• Board Certification: CRNA
• License: Arizona license
• DEA: Not required
• CSR: Not required
• Certifications: BLS or ACLS required
• Experience Required: Recent hospital-based CRNA experience
