Job description

Aya Locums is seeking an experienced CRNA for an ongoing assignment at a hospital in Southern Arizona, starting ASAP.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract Length: Ongoing
• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours plus Call
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts only
• Call: Required; must be willing to share weeknight and weekend call

Work Details
• Patients per Day: Approximately 5
• Patient Population: Adults
• EMR: Cerner
• Skills Required: Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing peripheral nerve blocks
• Note: Training for blocks will not be provided; case logs of blocks performed required

Practice Setting
• Hospital

Requirements
• Board Certification: NBCRNA required
• License: Active Arizona license required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS (AHA or ARC accepted)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year required
