OB-Focused CRNA Role in Phoenix, AZ | Open to Licensing

Job description

A busy Level I trauma center in Phoenix is seeking an experienced CRNA with strong obstetrics background for a 6-month locum assignment. This is a supervised care team model requiring flexibility across days, nights, weekends, OB, and OR coverage.

This role offers steady hours, strong case diversity, and the opportunity to work in a high-acuity environment with exposure to trauma, OB, pediatric, and neuro cases.

Contract Length: 6 months
Schedule:
• 12-hour shifts (7a–7p or 7p–7a)
• Typically 3–4 shifts per week (36+ hours/week)
• Must be flexible to work days, nights, and at least one full weekend shift per month
• Night Coverage: 3–6 night shifts per month based on department need
• Facility is open to straight nights
Practice Setting:
• Acute care hospital
• Supervised care team model
• OB and main OR coverage
Case Mix: High-risk OB (required), pediatrics, neuro heads, general OR
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year CRNA hospital experience
• Must be comfortable with high-risk OB cases
• Level I trauma experience preferred
• Active AZ license preferred (willing to license)
Credentialing Timeline:
• AZ Licensed: ~6 weeks
• IMLC: ~2 months
• Non-licensed: ~3 months
• Credentialing may begin with pending license

We pay weekly, cover malpractice insurance, and handle credentialing in-house!
