I have a night shift CRNA locum opportunity at a community hospital in the Los Angeles metro area starting March 2026. This is a high-acuity, underserved population with a strong OB focus.

Contract Length: 26 weeks / Ongoing until permanent staff is hired
π Credentialing: 4β5 months (client exploring emergency privileging options)

π Schedule:
β’ Coverage Needed: 7 night shifts per week
β’ Shift: 12-hour night shifts (SaturdayβSunday + weekdays)
β’ Can be split between multiple CRNAs:
β’ 1 Γ 3x12s + 1 Γ 4x12s or 2 Γ 2x12s + 1 Γ 3x12s
β’ Block scheduling available
β’ Scheduling is set 1.5 months in advance β shifts can be consecutive for travelers

β’ Patient Population:
β’ Primarily ASA 3+ adults
β’ Underserved population; primarily Spanish-speaking
β’ No pediatrics
β’ Case Types:
β’ OB is a must β C-sections, epidurals (avg. 2β3 epidurals + 1 C-section/night)
β’ Heavy bread & butter: GI, Neurology, GYN, IR
β’ No hearts or transplants
β’ Supervision Model: Care team β 1:1 with MD, only one CRNA on at a time
β’ Volume: 5β6 cases per shift on average
β’ Requirements:
β’ Minimum 2 years of experience
β’ Strong OB skills required
β’ Comfortable doing own preops/workups
β’ California license required (no licensing assistance)
β’ EMR: Cerner
