CRNA – Locums | Southern California (Metro LA)

Seeking an experienced CRNA for an ongoing locums assignment at a brand-new community hospital in the metro Los Angeles area. Coverage needed March 2026 onward while permanent staff are recruited.

Assignment Details

Contract: 26 weeks, ongoing

Credentialing: ~4+ months (emergency privileges being explored)

Weekdays & weekends

12-hr night coverage needed daily

Flexible block scheduling (e.g., 3×12 + 4×12, or multiple part-time CRNAs)

No call

Schedule finalized ~1.5 months in advance

Clinical Scope

All adult patients; underserved, high-acuity population (mostly ASA 3+)

OB is a MUST: epidurals & C-sections

Case mix: OB, GI, Neuro, GYN, IR; no hearts or transplants

Avg 5–6 cases/shift (often 2–3 epidurals/day + C-section)

Comfortable managing own pre-ops and workups

Care team model, 1:1 with physician partner; only one CRNA onsite at a time

EMR: Cerner

Requirements

CA license required (no licensing assistance)

Minimum 2 years CRNA experience

No additional procedures required
