W2 CRNA - San Diego

Job description

Position Highlights:
• ICU setting
• Night coverage
• 6 night shifts
• Ongoing assignment
• No call required
• 1099 opportunity

Schedule:
• Night shifts
• 8-hour shifts
• Start date: July 13, 2026

Responsibilities:
• Pre-anesthetic patient assessments and physical examinations
• Review medical histories and medications
• Educate patients regarding anesthesia and recovery
• Develop individualized anesthesia plans
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients intraoperatively
• Airway management and critical care support
• Post-anesthesia recovery management and pain control
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition in a high-acuity environment

Requirements:
• CRNA certification required
• ICU and anesthesia experience preferred
• Strong airway management and critical care skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment
