Job description

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7a-3p (5x8's) or any combination of 4x10's or 5x10's if desired. Minimum availability is 2 weeks per month preferably consecutive.
• Some call coverage with rotation of facilities may be needed.
• Provider will be required to credential at 2 facilities and asked to be flexible with "Which" one they will be scheduled at.
• 40 hour guarantee
• General B&B cases. No hearts, No neuro, No pediatrics, No OB.
• Care Team Model.
• 30 days for credentialing. Temps available.

• Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included. Will consider an all-inclusive pay rate. Prefer local candidates only.
• Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
