📍 Location: Bridgeport, CT
🏥 Facility Type: Hospital
📋 Contract Length: 6 months – no exceptions
⏳ Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days (see special notes below)

Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced CRNAs for a full-time, 6-month contract at a top-tier, high-acuity Level I trauma hospital. This role demands broad clinical competence across multiple surgical specialties and flexibility in shift scheduling.

Schedule & Shift Details:
Shift Options Available:
• 5x8s (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
• 4x10s (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• 3x12s (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM)

Shift Flexibility Required:
• Must be available for all shift types
• Cannot guarantee 12s only
• Must work any 3 weekdays (including Fridays)
• Weekend coverage may be requested — flexibility strongly preferred

Coverage Commitment: Full-time weekly coverage is required — no exceptions

Practice Details:
Support Staff: Anesthesiologists on-site
Patient Volume: 10–12 cases per day
EMR: EPIC
Setting: Academic/Teaching Hospital – Level I Trauma Center
Specialty Coverage – CRNA Must Be Comfortable With All of the Following:

✅ General Surgery
✅ Orthopedics
✅ Cardiovascular
✅ Neurosurgery
✅ Gastroenterology
✅ Urology
✅ Gynecology
✅ Ophthalmology
✅ ENT
✅ Healthy Pediatrics

Candidate Requirements:
Board Certification: Required
Licensure: Open to licensing
DEA: Required
Certifications: BLS and ACLS – Required
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a CRNA – No Exceptions

Credentialing Requirements (Please Read Carefully):
Timeframe: 120 days
Physician References Required:
• Must provide a physician reference (e.g., surgical chair, anesthesia chair, direct physician supervisor)
• One reference is required from each facility where the CRNA has practiced
