About the clinician's workday

The CRNA will deliver comprehensive anesthesia care for diverse surgical cases including general, ENT, orthopedic, neurological spine, robotics, endoscopic, vascular, urology, OB/GYN, basic pediatric, and spinal procedures. The clinician will manage high acuity cases with complex medical conditions while working under supervision during day shifts Monday through Friday. Flexible scheduling includes 36 or 40-hour weekly options with preferred formats of 4x10 or 3x12 hour shifts, and call coverage remains negotiable based on candidate availability. The position requires managing cases for patients who typically present with significant medical comorbidities rather than routine healthy surgical candidates.
