About the clinician's workday

Shifts are available in 8, 10, and 12-hour blocks, with flexibility needed. Case types include general surgery, orthopedics, OB, gynecology, cardiology, thoracic, ENT, urology, endoscopy, neurology, vascular, plastics, pediatrics, and podiatry. Call back time is 30 minutes, with weeknight call from 7 PM to 7 AM and 24-hour weekend call shifts. CRNA weekend coverage includes both in-house and beeper call, while weekend MD staffing is 1.92 and CRNA staffing is 1.2. Delaware licensure takes approximately six months, with an additional three months for credentialing.
