Start Date: as soon as credentials are issued

Full-time only
8s, 10, 12s
Day shifts with variable hours depending on assignment
Must be willing to work different schedules as needed
Credentialing timeframe approximately 120 days
Clean background required due to strenuous credentialing process
No malpractice or licensure issues
Open to licensing candidates

Typical hours include 7:00–15:00, 7:00–15:30, or 9:00–21:00
Providers must be willing to work any days of the week including Fridays
Ideal candidates are open to picking up extra shifts as needed
