• Start Date: ASAP – Ongoing
• Schedule: M-F; 7A-3P [1 DAY OF CALL PER WEEK + 1 WEEKEND DAY/MONTH]
• Credentialing: 30-45 days
• Cases/Procedures: BREAD & BUTTER PROCEDURES – EVERYTHING BUT HEART & PEDS.
• Active FL license, BLS, ACLS, DEA [WILL CONSIDER LICENSURE FOR COMPACT STATES]
• Paid Travel & Lodging
• Paid Malpractice
