Job description

• 90 day credentialing.
• Shifts are 7a - 3:30 or 7a - 5:30.
• No in-house call. However, some pager call. Callback pay is paid at overtime for hours after 40 per week.
• 7 MD's/14 CRNAs.
• General, regionals, neuro, vascular, urology, radiology, and MRI. No hearts, no ob, and no pediatrics.
• MD/CRNA Care Team Model. 35 to 40 cases per day in total.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
