• Schedule: Shifts are 8's, 10's, 12's and 13's.
• 40 hour guarantee.
• Types of cases/Case Volume:General surgery, GYN, Eyes, GI, Urology, Bariatrics, Ortho, Plastics, Neurospine.
• Call: one call day every 8 weeks, approximately, can negotiate no call for the right candidate. Call is usually 8a-6pm, but technically covers the full day
• 90 day credentialing, if temps approved, 6 weeks.
• Will work at 2 sites.
• CRNAs are supervised at these sites.
• Preference is local candidate who already has FL license.
• EMR: SIS (surgical information system).
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
• Competitive Pay for weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call - Full Daily Rate per weekend day + Premium after 4 hours.
• Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance if needed. Local candidates preferred.
