About the clinician's workday

Provider must be willing to take call, though it is expected to be low volume and only as needed. Schedule options include 4x10s or 3x12s, with preference for 12-hour shifts or candidates who are flexible; full-time availability is required and candidates must be open to taking call. Call coverage includes 7p-7a weeknights and 24-hour weekend shifts from 7a-7a (approximately every 5th weekend), with either Saturday 7a-Sunday 7a or Sunday 7a-Monday 7a, typically no more than one night per week and one weekend per month, and may be less. Post-call time off is provided. The provider may not be routinely scheduled for call, but availability is required. The EMR system used is Epic.
