Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: Weekdays 9am-7pm and 8am-4pm; Weekends 12 hour shifts 7am-7pm
Work details:
· Support staff: MD:CRNA Ratio: 1:3. Care team model.
· Trauma Level: Level II
· Skills required: Ortho, Spine, Vascular, limited Neuro, Endo, EP Lab, *NO OB*NO TRANSPLANTS*; Self performing cases is uncommon. Physicians are expected to be present for Induction and Emergency, participate in post op-care, participate in pre-op evaluation of patient. This is a hands on practice.
FL License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
