Schedule & Coverage
• Coverage Type: Scheduled
• Weekdays:
○ 9:00a–7:00p (10 hrs)
○ 8:00a–4:00p
• Weekends:
○ 12-hour shifts, 7:00a–7:00p
• Call:
No beeper call required
No scheduled call

Clinical Details
• Practice Model: Care team model
○ MD:CRNA Ratio: 1:3
• OR Capacity:
○ 12 ORs
○ 9 NORA locations
• Charting/EMR:
○ Medaxion (anesthesia)
○ Meditech (orders & patient records)
• Setting: Inpatient, hands-on practice

Case Mix / Skills Required
• Required Experience:
○ Ortho
○ Spine
○ Vascular
○ Limited Neuro
○ Endoscopy
○ EP Lab
• Excluded:
○ OB
○ Transplants
• Notes:
○ Must be CV/Trauma capable
○ Self-performing cases are uncommon
○ Physicians present for induction, emergencies, pre-op evals, and post-op care
