Eligibility & Compliance Requirements
• Residency Requirement:
o Candidates must live more than 60 minutes from the facility.
o Local candidates within 60 minutes are not eligible.
• Required Certifications:
o PALS, ACLS, AHA BLS, and TB Test (must be active prior to start)
• Licensure:
o Must have an active Florida license & DEA
o Priority consideration for candidates with current, active credentials
• Temporaries:
o Temp privileges considered on a case by case basis
• Credentialing Requirements:
o 24 months of case logs required

• EMR: Cerner
• Hospital Beds:
o 86 Medical/Surgical beds
o 8 Adult ICU beds
o 10 NICU beds (Level II)
• Trauma Level: Not a trauma center
• On Site Anesthesia Needs: No dedicated anesthesia only coverage needs noted
