I’m currently working with clients in **Miramar Beach** and **Pensacola** who are seeking experienced **CRNAs and Anesthesiologists** for locum tenens coverage.

**Start:** June
**Assignment Length:** 26 weeks

### Miramar Beach, FL

**Schedule (Mon–Fri)**
• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM: 12 providers (OR, OB, Cath Lab, IR)
• 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM: 6 providers (OR, OB)
• 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM: 3 providers (OR, OB)
• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM: 1 provider (OB)

**Weekend Call:** Sat–Sun 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM (OB 24-hr coverage)

**Facility Overview:**
Non-trauma facility with 86 med/surg beds, 8 adult ICU beds, and 10 Level II NICU beds. Case mix includes endoscopy, ENT, GYN, IR, total joints, plastics, podiatry, spine, and urology. Labor epidurals are performed by both CRNAs and physicians.

### Pensacola, FL

**Schedule (Mon–Fri)**
• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM: 39 providers (OR, Trauma, Endo, Cath Lab, IR/CT, Peds, OB, ASC, Float)
• 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM: 17 providers
• 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM: 9 providers
• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM: 3 providers (Trauma, OB, Call)

**Weekend Coverage:**
• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM: 5 providers
• 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM: 4 providers
• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM: 4 providers

**Facility Overview:**
Level I Trauma and Level I Pediatric Trauma Center with 582 med/surg beds, 40 ICU beds, and 39 anesthetizing sites. Coverage includes OR, trauma, endoscopy, cath lab, IR/CT, pediatrics, OB, and ASC. Pediatric and high-risk OB experience preferred.

### Shared Details (Both Locations)

• 100% medically directed model
• EMR: Cerner

**Requirements:**
Active Florida license, DEA, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TB, and 24 months of case logs.

**Orientation:**
Mandatory orientation held the **4th Friday of each month at 7:30 AM**.

**Additional Notes:**
Candidates must live **more than 60 miles from the facility**. Temporary privileges may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
