Start Date: 6/15/2026
Schedule: 7:00am - 3:00pm (M-F): 12 (8 OR, 1 OB-24 hr., 2 Cath, 1 IR)
3:00pm - 5:00pm (M-F): 6 (5 OR, 1 OB-24 hr.)
5:00pm - 7:00pm (M-F): 3 (2 OR, 1 OB-24 hr.)
7:00pm - 7:00 am (M-F): 1 (OB-24 hr.)
On call Requirement: Weekends - Sat/Sun 7:00a-7:00a 1 (OB-24hr.)
Orientation Process Must attend orientation. 4th Friday @ 07:30
Cases: ENDO, ENT, GYN, IR, Total Joints, Plastics, Podiatry, Spine, Urology
Will not license
Credentialing timeframe: 60 days
