Call: No call
3 - 6 months with possibility to extension.
Care team model - medically directed really 1:3/4
Cases: Primarily Ortho and Pain - totals, knees, hips, some shoulders, ACDFs, adductor canals, interscalene, hands (carpal tunnel)
