Job description

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8's or 10's. Must be willing to work Mondays and Fridays.
• Will float between 3 facilities.
• Cases: All cases except PEDS and Cardiac.
• Weekend and Evening call Available if wanted.
• Minimal OT if any.
• Supervised Ratio 4 to 1.
• 50 ORs.
• Charting Epic.
• 90 Day Credentialing.
• Must be willing to cross at an additional facility with 18 ORs.
