• Supervision: 4 MD to 1 CRNA.
• No OT and No Call.
• 19 ORs 3 GI, 1 special & 1 Bronch.
• Practice Model for each location: Physicians 28 MDs & 74 CRNAs.
• Charting is Paper & I Pro Lite.
• Privileging time is 30 to 60 days.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
