🫀 Cardiac CRNA Locums Opportunity – Atlanta, GA
We’re working with a well-known acute care hospital in Atlanta seeking a Cardiac CRNA for a high-priority locums assignment. This is a great opportunity for providers looking for consistent weekday coverage with no required call.
Position Highlights:
This is a full-time locums assignment in a hospital setting focused on cardiac cases. The team is looking for a provider comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment using Epic EMR. Ideal candidates are flexible, reliable, and open to a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday with shifts typically running either 9a–7p or 11a–7p. Providers must be willing to work most Fridays, with only one Friday off per month. No call is required, though there may be optional weekend call opportunities if desired. You’ll work the week of major holidays but won’t be required to work the actual holiday. You may take either Thanksgiving week or Christmas week off.
Clinical Details:
You’ll be working with adult and geriatric patients in a hospital setting, primarily handling cardiovascular cases. Epic is used for charting.
Requirements:
Candidates must be NBCRNA certified with cardiac anesthesia experience. A Georgia license is required (or willingness to obtain), along with ACLS, BLS, and an active DEA. At least one year of experience is required.
Additional Info:
Credentialing takes approximately 120 days. The client prefers providers not currently based in Georgia and will cover travel, including flights, hotel, rental car, or mileage. Name clear (Name + NPI) is required prior to submission, with a typical turnaround of 24–48 hours. The interview process can take 1–2 weeks, followed by an additional 1–2 weeks for offers.
