Anesthesiology
We are seeking an experienced CRNA for a 1-year contract in Nampa, Idaho. This position offers full-time weekday hours, an independent practice model, and a diverse case mix in a supportive hospital environment.
Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 1 year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (40 hrs/week guaranteed)
Call: Optional – up to 1 day per month (often none)
Setting: Hospital, Level III Trauma Center
Bed Size: 150
EMR: EPIC
Work Details:
Independent practice – CRNAs perform Pre-Op, Blocks (encouraged, not required), and full anesthesia management
No direct supervision by MDAs; physicians available for support if needed
Case Mix:
OB: 25–50% (avg. 1,500 births annually)
OR: 50–75% (Ortho, GYN, ENT – healthy peds, spine, DaVinci urology/GYN, endo, cardioversions, peds dental)
Requirements:
Board Certified CRNA
Active license (open to licensing)
DEA & CSR required
Minimum 1 year of experience
Credentialing: ~30 days if licensed; up to 60–75 days if pending license
