This role is at a surgery center and includes general cases such as endo, dental, ortho, and ophthalmology, with coverage needed through 1/12 until the new anesthesia group starts. Emergency privileges are available. PLEASE REVISE the above as needed- Facility: West Valley Medical Center ID, Caldwell, Idaho Position: Locums - CRNA - West Valley (969375) Position Information: West Valley Medical Center is needing a CRNA locums provider PAWS is routing for signatures Please only submit candidates with ID license and ID DEA. Coverage is needed starting 12/3 Needed until new ANES group comes in starting early January 2026 Emergency privileges available Schedule 8a to 3p - Mon, Tues & Wed (May need to be available on Thursdays) No call required - Main hospital provides call coverage This is a hospital based surgery center General Cases: Endo, Ortho, Dental, Ophthalmology
