Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Needed in Boise, ID

Job Duration: 26 weeks
Non-Billable Orientation: All hours billable

SCHEDULE:

- Coverage: Scheduled + On Call required

- Shift Type: Standard

- Shift Times: 7:00 (Flexible) – 17:00 (Flexible)

- Hours/Week: 40

- Shift Details: Varies week to week; 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts. Coverage also required for 24-hour + 16-hour shifts per week. Only full-time locums; no block scheduling.

- Call Requirements: 1 weekend call shift per month, 2 weeknight call shifts per month.

- Scheduling: Locums receive schedule 6 weeks at a time.

WORK DETAILS

- Patient Age Group: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics

- Department Description: 17 main operating rooms, 7 day surgery centers, plus specials, cath labs, endoscopy, radiology.

- Skills Required: All cases except OB, Burns, Cardiovascular, Transplant. Must be comfortable with Level II Trauma. CRNAs perform spinal blocks but not their own regional blocks. Occasionally arterial lines (not required). No epidurals or central lines.

- EMR: Epic

REQUIREMENTS

- Board Certification: NBCRNA required

- State Licenses: Open to licensing

- DEA: Required

- CSR: Yes

- Minimum Experience: 1 year (6 months minimum considered)

- Credentialing Timeframe: 30–45 days if licensed; 90–120 days if pending

- Scrubs Provided

RATES DEATAILS

Bill Rate: $230/hour

Overtime Bill Rate: (1.4x)

Holiday Bill Rate: (1.5x)

Call: Call Back, Night Call, 24-hour Call rates

OT after 40 hours
