**$20K Completion Bonus - 13 weeks/520hrs**
• Shifts: 2 people 8 hrs. (6:30a-3:00p) M-F, 1 person 12 hrs. (6:30a-6:30p) T-Th, 1 person 11a-6p 4 days/week.
• No Weekends
• No Holidays
• Cases: General B B, ENT, Urology, Ortho, OB. Nothing unique.
• Call: Optional, not required.
• Supervision: Medically directed 1:4.
• ORs: 30 sites of service.
• EPIC Charting.
• Credentialing: 60-90 days.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
• Competitive Rate weeknight call Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day Premium When Called In.
