Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 6 months with option for extension
Shift Details: 8 or 10 hour shifts
No call
No weekends
Full or part-time
Main Procedures: Bread and Butter, Ortho, Minimal OB, Minimal Spine, Very low consensus on Brain and heart
Active IL license required (We can help get you licensed)
Credentialing Timeframe: 2-4 weeks
