CRNA Needed in Illinois
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length:3 months with option for extension
Schedule: 8 Hour shifts; Call Optional
No OB only healthy pediatric cases as well as general cases, endoscopy, plastics, orthopedics, some Neuro spine, gynecology surgery, MAC for TEE/Cardioversion's, Vascular Cases
Illinois License Required (We can help license you!)
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 Days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
