📍 Location: McHenry, IL
🏥 Facility Type: Level II Trauma Community Hospital
🗓️ Start Date: January 2026
📋 Schedule: 4x10s, Monday–Friday | Full-time only
⏳ Credentialing: 90–120 days
💰 Pay Rate: $240–$250/hr
💸 Stipend: $375/day for travelers (negotiable for semi-locals)

💼 Case Types:
• Neuro, Vascular, Thoracic, General
• Interventional GI, EP/Cath
• Gyn, Urology
• No OB epidurals, No Cardiac
• Rare healthy peds (majority referred out)

🧠 Practice Model & Requirements:
• MD Supervision (Medical Direction model)
• CRNAs not involved in cardiac or OB
• 9–11 MDs/day + Anesthesia Techs
• Experience: 2+ years required
• EMR: Epic
• License: IL license required – not open to licensing
