Job Details
• Employment Type: Locum Tenens (1099); Locum-to-Perm
• Start Date: 3/9/26
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (flexible)
• Schedule: M – F, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
• No call, no weekends

Work Details
• Practice Model: Care team model
• Support Staff: MD supervision (typically 3 CRNAs : 1 MD); Anesthesia techs support larger cases
• Case Volume: ~60 cases/day across hospital and ASC
• Patient Population: All ages, No NICU or PICU, Low-acuity pediatrics only (higher-acuity cases transferred)
• Cases/Procedures: Ortho, peds (low acuity only), trauma (Level II Facility), neuro, plastics, OB, general surg, ENT, endoscopies, a lot of total joints, urology/cystos - no transplants, Physicians do the blocks and all cardiac cases
• Facility Size: ~140 beds and 9 OR

Requirements
• Board Certification: NBCRNA
• License: Illinois – Open to licensing candidates
• Experience Required: Open to new grads
• Credentialing Timeframe: Typically 6–8 weeks once full file is complete
• Licensing Timeframe: ~3 months

• Day shifts only, no call, no weekends
