Start Date: May 4, 2026
Contract Length: 13 weeks, ongoing
Shift Details: 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Schedule: 5 x 8 hour shifts weekly, no call, no weekends
Setting: Surgery center

Work Details:
• Amount of coverage: Full time
• Hospital Size: 4 ORs
• No supervision; must be comfortable working independently
• Required Skills: Cataracts, GI, podiatry, ortho, regional anesthesia

Requirements:
• Illinois license required
• Credentialing timeframe: 2 weeks

Additional Notes:
Local candidates strongly preferred. Client is not covering travel.
