PRN CRNA Coverage Needed
Surgery Center - Downtown Chicago
Monday - Friday, 7:00am -3:30 PM Cases may start as early as 6:00am, and pay Sign up or sign in for contact information - Friday, 7:00am -3:30 PM Cases may start as early as 6:00am, and pay begins at clock-in.
Call Scheduled: No Call/weekend

• March 17
• March 31
• April 2
• April 7–8
• April 21
• May 5
• May 7

• May 29
MDs onsite - no supervision
Types of Cases required: 3,700 cases annually, including general orthopedics, joint replacements, and spine procedures
Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient: Proficiency in brachial plexus spinals, truncal and lower extremity blocks. Techniques include spinal, interscalene, adductor, and popliteal
Caselogs: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks
Number of providers during the day: 1 Physician and 3 CRNAs
Number of ORs: 5
EMR System: Medaxion
