Assignment Details
Location: DeKalb, IL (about 1 hour from Chicago)
Start: Upon credentialing (approximately 90 days)
Schedule: 4x10s (Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM) with the option for 5x10s
Assignment: Ongoing with strong extension potential

Practice Highlights
Community hospital with a very CRNA-friendly environment
Bread and butter cases only
No Neuro or Cardiac
5 main ORs and 2 endoscopy suites
Epic EMR

Requirements
Active Illinois license
Minimum of 1 year of experience
Epic experience required
