Location: Springfield, Illinois

Start Date: ASAP

Assignment Length: 3–6 Months with Option to Extend

Schedule

• Monday–Friday

• 5 x 8-hour shifts

• 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM

• Full-time preferred (minimum 2 weeks per month considered)

Practice Setting

• Level I Trauma Center

• Anesthesia Care Team Model

• EMR: Cerner

Case Mix

Providers will rotate between:

• Inpatient (23 ORs)

• Outpatient Surgery Center (6 ORs)

• GI Unit (4 procedure rooms)

Procedures & Cases

• General Surgery

• Trauma

• Orthopedics

• Gynecology

• Robotics

• ENT

• Plastics

• Healthy Pediatrics

• GI procedures (screening colonoscopies, ERCPs, bronchoscopies, and more)

Exclusions

• No Cardiac

• No Thoracic

• No Vascular cases

Patient Volume

• Approximately 55–60 cases per day across the department

Requirements

• Active Illinois CRNA license required

• BLS certification required

• Must be comfortable practicing in a Level I Trauma environment

• Please identify any case types you do not perform at the time of submission

Travel

• Travel expenses reimbursed

• No travel stipend

Credentialing

• Approximately 60 days
