o Available Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7a-3:30p (30 min unpaid lunch)
o No Call. No Nights. No Weekends.
o Will credential at both hospital and surgery center.
o Case Mix: General mix of cases. No Cardiac, OB or Trauma.
o Care Team Model
o Credentialing Timeframe: Approx. 60-90 days to process a completed credentialing application.
