Job description

Here are the key details:

📍 Location: Indiana
🩺 Practice Setting: Hospital + ASC (High-volume site)
🕓 Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 7:30a–3:30p (some 7:30a–5:30p)

Call: 3 weeknights/month + ~7 weekends/year

3 weeks on / 1 week off rotation

ASC hours: 7:30a–3:30p

Primary call: in-house (post-call day off)

Secondary call: 30-min response radius

🏥 Case Mix:
High-acuity cases including General, Ortho, Urology, GYN, Cancer, Liver, High-Risk OB (VBACs), and more.

🧠 Work Model:

No supervision — CRNAs work independently

Coverage dates available now through January 2026
