CRNA Opportunity – Vincennes, IN (PRN)

Job description

🚨 **CRNA Opportunity – Vincennes, IN** 🚨

**Assignment Length:** 26 weeks

**Credentialing:** 60–90 days (temps available with clean background & active license)

**Schedule:**
• Day shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Weekday call: 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Weekend call: 24 hours
• Post-call day off provided
• 40-hour/week guarantee for full-week coverage
• Call: 1–2x per week (mix of OR & OB)
• 30-minute response time

**Practice Details:**
• MDs onsite (independent practice, no supervision)
• 7 providers daily (MDs & AAs)
• EMR: Epic
• Cases: General, Endo, Ortho/Joint Replacement, Urology, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, ENT, Radiology w/ anesthesia

**Requirements:**
• Active IN license + INPCF enrollment
• ACLS (AHA), BLS
• DEA required
• 250 case logs/year for past 2 years
• Proficient in spinals, epidurals & blocks (case logs required)
• Must be willing to take call

**Coverage Dates:**

March 30 - April 3, May 1 - 3, May 4 - 8 x2, May 11 - 15 x2, May 18 - 24, May 26 - 29 x2, June 1 - 5 x3, June 8 - 12, June 15 - 19 x2, June 22 - 28 x2, June 29 - July3 x3, Ongoing x2
