Aya Locums is seeking an experienced CRNA in Northeastern Indiana.

Start Date: December 2026
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: 5x8's, weeknight and weekend call
EMR: EPIC
Special procedures: Epidurals and regional/spinal blocks skills experience required.

Indiana License Required
Board Certification Required
PALS & BLS & ACLS Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days, Temp privileges for clean files available!
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
