About the clinician's workday

Clinicians in this role will provide autonomous anesthesia services during day shifts at an operating room facility in Iowa, Monday through Friday, with a start time of 6:30 - 6:45 AM and an end time of 3:00 - 3:30 PM. The surgical case mix includes general, bread and butter, OB (including epidurals), orthopedic, cataract, colonoscopy, endoscopy, GYN, ENT, and pediatric procedures; clinicians must be comfortable with pediatric patients over 18 months and must hold current and active OB experience. Weekly case volume is approximately 30 - 35 cases. Call coverage includes weekday in-house call and weekend call; call is not required during the week of July 27 - 31.
