About the clinician's workday

Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a physician supervision model during day shifts at an inpatient critical access hospital in Iowa, with call and 24-hour call responsibilities required. The surgical case mix includes general surgery, C-sections, and minor orthopedic procedures, with the ability to perform epidurals for OB cases required; the facility manages approximately 10 OB patients per month. Call coverage for ER intubation and sedation procedures is also a component of this assignment. Board certification is negotiable for all clinicians in this role.
