Job description

We’re excited to present a CRNA opportunity at a highly regarded Level 1 Trauma Center in Kentucky. This facility is known for its positive work culture, provider-focused leadership, and flexible scheduling.

Location: Kentucky
Contract Length: 26 weeks
Schedule: 4x10s (No weekends, no call) – Facility open to 4x10, 5x10, 3x12, 4x12, 5x12
Hours: 6:30 AM – 5:30 PM (½ hour lunch)
Commitment: Must be available 4 weeks/month

Highlights:
- Flexible schedule models available to accommodate provider preferences
- No nights, weekends, or call required
- Level 1 Trauma Center with strong CRNA support and team collaboration
- Holiday rate: 1.5x on select holidays

Case Types:
- Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, Neuro (No Heart), No OB
- Must be comfortable with: Intubation, central lines, arterial lines, line placement
- No blocks required

Support & Practice Setting:
- Medically directed model (typical ratio 2:1 or 3:1 CRNA:attending)
- CRNAs supported by anesthesia techs and residents
- EPIC EMR system

Requirements:
- NBCRNA Certified
- KY License (willing to license if needed)
- Minimum 1 year of experience
