CRNA Locum Need in Lexington, Kentucky

Start Date: 04/20/2026
Contract Length: 26 weeks
Shift Details: Full time schedules of 8s, 10s, or 12s considered. Preference is 4x10s. Must be available every week.
Schedule: Full time, 7a to 5:30p (30 minute lunch). Must be available all 4 weeks per month.

Work Details:
• Support staff: CRNAs, Anesthesia Techs, Anesthesiologists
• Supervision: Medical direction model. Typical ratio 2 to 1 or 3 to 1. Attending usually supervises a resident in the second room.
• Monthly coverage: Full time, 4x10s per week for 6 months
• Patients per day: 1 to 9
• Population: All ages except neonatal
• Cases: Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, Neuro (no heart)
• EMR: Epic preferred
• Requirement: All providers must work NORA
• Skills: Intubation, central line, arterial line. Blocks not typically needed. No OB.

Practice Setting:
• Hospital (Level 1 Trauma Center)

Requirements:
• Board Certification: NBCRNA
• License: Kentucky (open to licensing)
• Minimum Experience: 1 year. No new graduates.

Credentialing: 90 days

Willing to License: Yes

• Ongoing for 6 months
• 10 hour shifts
• Active KY license/Willing to license
